“The Sonima Foundation is a non-profit public corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is for educational and charitable purposes.

The specific purposes of the corporation are to research, investigate, analyze and implement ways to provide health and wellness best practices, primarily to underserved students from preschool through high school; to provide the results of such investigation, research, analysis and implementation to the general public; and to encourage the general public to consider, discuss, and comment upon such results and to make other proposals for such consideration, discussion, and comment.”
