Superb battery struggles in the heat – anyone know a good place near Industrial 13?
My 2019 Superb has been throwing a bit of a tantrum with this summer heat. It's cranking over nice and slowly in the mornings, and the stop-start system hasn't kicked in for a couple of weeks now. I know from experience that's the car telling me the battery is on its way out, but I've been putting it off because I don't want to get stung by dealer prices. I'm based over near the Industrial 13 side of Sharjah, and I've seen a few auto parts and battery shops around that area, like Zahrat Al Hera Auto Spare Parts, which is rated pretty well for batteries , but I'm not sure if they specifically deal with Skoda. I've heard that to get the Best Skoda car battery dealers near Industrial Area 13, you need to find someone who knows the difference between AGM and EFB for the start-stop system, and more importantly, someone who can do the battery registration so the car doesn't keep charging it like the old one. A mate of mine told me that if you just swap the battery without coding it in a VAG car, you'll be back buying another one in 18 months. I've seen some mobile services on listings like BatteryGuru that cover Skoda models and stock AGM batteries, but I'm not sure if they come out to Sharjah Industrial 13 specifically . Has anyone had a good experience with a specific shop in that area that actually knows Skodas?
